Stop by City Hall to fill out the rental agreement
Reservations are NOT Confirmed until paperwork is filled out, approved by City staff and payment has been received.
PARK FEE SCHEDULE
$50 check for damage deposit is required with all reservations. This separate check is returned after the event and inspection is approved by Eyota Public Works.
Tournament -1 day $100.00 per field
Tournament - 2 or more days $125.00 per field
Tournament Damage Deposit - $50.00
Tournament cancellations - $50.00
TEAM RESERVATIONS
If you have a team using the ball fields for the summer season the fields MUST be reserved & the rental fee paid.
Summer Softball, Baseball or Volleyball teams
Adult teams $80.00 per team
Youth teams $80.00 per AGE GROUP, PER FIELD (New for 2024)
Park Shelters or Kitchens
Per Day/Per Facility - $40.00
Park Shelter Damage Deposit - $50.00
West Side Park Concession Stand
1 Day - $25.00
Multiple Days - $40.00
West Side Park Concession Stand Damage Deposit - $50.00
*Shelter, Kitchen, or Concession Stand Cancellation Charge - $15.00 - REQUIRES a 2 week notice of all cancelled events. Park fees are non-refundable if less than a 2 weeks notice*
